They do great work, carpets were clean and techs were knowledgeable hard workers! Never felt pressured! Loved that the gave me a huge discount for cleaning within 6 months!!!!!

While I did have issues at the start of the process to have interior water damage fixed, the new project manager, Lorne, stepped in got me scheduled quickly and had an excellent crew do the repairs. The brick looks great and the ceiling better than before the damage. The team doing the work was very respectful of my home and keeping it as clean as possible. Even though it was a rough start, I highly recommend them.

Elijah was diligent and responsive to my expectations cleaning our carpets. Skip the deodorizer though!! Two days later and I don't smell the citrus at all. And Teasdale policy is to clean around big furniture so speak up if you want treatment under furniture and they'll help you get 'er done. So I recommend being home and being watchful that the work meets expectations.

Derek was on time and did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was very professional and personable. Price was good for the services provided.

My wife and I decided to have our large carpet cleaned instead of buying a new one. The team picked it up, had it cleaned, and delivered it back neatly wrapped and well-packaged. The person who handled the delivery was polite, professional, and well-spoken. I felt it was a good value.

I explained to Johnny that my mother's carpet has been cleaned often, but not professionally in a long while. Pro: Johnny represented the business as if it was his own. He was soooo nice😊 He explained the process, answered all of my questions and went to work! We were extremely satisfied. I love people who enjoy what they do. They offer senior discounts too!! We had to put masks on since my mother is ill(not a big deal) Not sure if masks are still offered to employees. Rating:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had our air vents cleaned by Derek and Eli. They called beforehand letting me know when they’d arrive and arrived right on time. They discussed the cleaning process and all that they would do. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. I also really appreciated their thoughtfulness of keeping the front door closed so our cats wouldn’t get out :)
