Mike and Eli were prompt, friendly and quick. My house smelled wonderful and my carpets looked brand new. I will be using them again.

I have always had good service from Teasdale Fenton employees! Today Brandon did an excellent job, he listened to what I needed today and made suggestions which was helpful. He was also efficient, I didn’t feel like he was rushing through like some other companies I have used to clean our carpets.

It was so easy to schedule our carpet cleaning online and within 5 minutes, we had a call to confirm the next day appointment. Our technician, Brandon, called 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Brandon did an excellent job cleaning our carpets today. He was courteous, professional, prompt, and lightning fast at taking care of us. We had a great experience and got it at a great price!

Mike and Rachaad came to clean the carpet in my place today. They double steamed an area which had a lingering musty smell due to a plumbing issue. Both men were kind, respectful of the property, and my time. I highly recommend this company.

Today I had my carpets cleaned for the first time by this company, and I'm very happy to say... I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning that was done. I had alot of pet spots, that were all removed! My appt was scheduled for 10am, I received a call at 9:15 from one of the technicians, who said they were running ahead of schedule, could they come like in 20min, which actually worked great for me, because I have to go to work. When they arrived I was kindly greeted by Gabe, who introduced himself and Lori. They were both friendly and professional and as I mentioned... did an amazing job! I was also pleased because I had a coupon for 5 rooms(250 sq ft= room) and a hall for $109 + environmental fees(waste disposal,fuel surchg) and tax for a total of $138.66 (which I was quoted at time of appt confirmation call back, this is the best price I found when looking for carpet cleaning service. I recommend this company 100%.

Lorne was so helpful in getting everything organized and explained what would be happening very clearly. Whenever I had a question he was very responsive and so nice. He is very funny too! Was nice to have that humor when you are already going thru a tough time in the aftermath of having a portion of your basement flood. Was very much appreciated! I can’t say enough about Jaime and the amazing job he did on the project. The crack in my ceiling got fixed and they matched the paint perfectly so you can’t even tell it was ever there. His crew worked fast and efficiently and took great care in protecting the furniture. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects!

The company did an outstanding job prior to Christmas company coming. An emergency situation with one of my dogs dictated another call today as I was not able to clean and sanitize enough myself for the carpet to feel clean. I called and the schedule was full. I explained my situation and whomever I was speaking to in the office reached out to coworker John who agreed to come over for an emergency visit. Once again as with other employees this young man did an outstanding job taking care of the soiled areas. I cannot tell you how happy I was with John on this visit. My thanks to an outstanding company coming to the rescue !

Zach and Jerome came early to my place. And did an amazing job on my carpets i have kids who spill stuff constantly and they made it look 100 times better ! Will be using this company again !
