Dan came and gave us a quick estimate for cleaning our office building and scheduled at our convenience so as not to disrupt service. They did a wonderful job with spots and stains (lots of foot traffic, kids and messy art projects!) and the carpet looks and smells great while I have the assurance it is safe and sanitized. We would certainly use this company again!

I called Teasdale Fenton to help get the mess cleaned up after my water line in our upstairs bathroom broke. The water ran downstairs into my kitchen and main level and then kept going down into the basement. Chris and Cameron came in and saved the day. They were very knowledgeable and Chris was fantastic. He is obviously knowledgeable about water damage and explained the whole process. His passion and experience was very evident and welcomed during the whole process. I’ve had 2 prior water damages done by different companies and there was a huge difference with this company. It took 5 days to dry out my home but it went exactly like I was informed that it would and there was nothing removed - they dried everything without removing my cabinets and drywall. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The guys were great! The crew was at my house and extracting the water within 1.5 hours of my emergency call. The lead technician came to my door, introduced himself, gave me his business card and then gave me an education on my water damage. Very informative, helpful, thorough, and professional. They also used an Extreme Extractor to get the water out of my 2500 sf basement, which is an awesome tool that I had no idea existed. The best possible outcome for the worst experience in my life! I would highly recommend using Teasdale Fenton.

I had Teasdale Fenton out because I had a water damage in my basement. Chris came out and was very friendly and helped me get my basement back in order. He even sent out some of his guys to clean my carpet after the damage was clean. Teasdale did such a good job i will recommend them to everyone.

Chris Moore and his team did an amazing job cleaning my lower level following a flood from a pinhole leak. After the cleanup he came back today to repair a leather chair that had indentations in it as a result of moving and stacking things for the cleanup. He went out of his way to research how to remove the indentations, purchased the special dryer to tackle the job and personally came to my home to work on this with success. So not only did Chris make sure I had first class service at the time of the flood, he has followed up to handle a few small things and make sure all is in good condition. I am so grateful for Chris, his team and your company who truly care about the customer. That is so rare these days. I am happy to tell all I know about my great experience. Thank you!

I called Teasdale Fenton at 2am in the morning i was excited to know i had a live person answer the phone and within an hour they had tyler and jeff out to my home. My basement was completely flooded and tyler took the time to explain what work needed to be done and the guys were able to get the job done that night. they saved my furniture and removed it from the water damaged area. i would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Called Teasdale Fenton after my drain backed up in my basement on Christmas Eve. Phone was answered by a live person to my surprise. I had a crew to my house within 40 min. They walked me through the process and gave me comfort in knowing that they would handle everything. They cleaned up my basement and left it ready for repairs, which by the way they offer reconstruction services so as a bonus I dealt with one company from start to finish. I hired Teasdale Fenton for restoration of my basement that occurred from water damage from a backed up sewer line. But my disaster turned into a blessing! The people there responded quickly and professionally. In the end, my basement looked better than it was before the incident. And my plumbing issue was resolved urgently. As a plumber, it is very difficult to find good companies to help me out when a customer has a flooded basement or a house fire that needs winterized. The do incredible work and are fast as responding to emergency water or fire damages. I recommend them to all of my customers.
