Jake did the duct cleaning and Griffin handled the carpet and upholstery cleaning. Both young men were very professional! It was my first time using this company, and I was very pleased with the exceptional service Jake and Griffin provided. They both called ahead with their service times and arrived exactly as promised. Amazing customer service—both were friendly and explained everything clearly. I will definitely request them again and recommend Teasdale Fenton Carpet and Duct Cleaning to others! Very pleasant experience overall, with prices much more reasonable than the bigger national companies I had contacted.

They did an amazing job. Ask for Griffin he did my carpet cleaning and the floors look brand new!!!

My initial contact was Ken Taylor. I told him what had happened, a leak in the upstairs bathroom that came down to our lower level bathroom and finally rained down and pooled in the basement. Ken was super professional and honest about the process. After some flooring and vanities were removed, he and his team set up l dehumidifiers and fans and had the water mitigation done within 4 days in the upstairs, downstairs and basement. We then went on to remodel and I was directed to Scott. We went over options with our budget and sent over lists of the items needed for repair, replacement and repainting. Scott and Scott knocked out both of our bathrooms in under a week, with new flooring in both, ceiling and drywall repair, new paint in both, installing a new vanity, light fixture and towel bar/toilet paper holder. Overall, we were very happy to see the amazing work everyone did. The only thing needed was a few touch up spots of paint, and Scott came back to complete that and a little bit of cleanup. I would give them 7 stars if I was able to, they really went above and beyond to make sure the end result was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them when it comes to any water mitigation and restoration project.

Charles was prompt, on time and very professional peryou're professional. I had tried to use my own steam cleaner to get some stains out of the carpet and it did not work. Charles got the stains out and the carpet looks new again!

This company saved us in our time of need. We had a hole that essentially opened up (rust related) on our well tank that flooded our entire newly finished basement. It happened late at night and they came out and moved things, took out our flooring, carpet pads and placed air movers and dehumidifiers to speed the drying process up. They were here for over 6 hours doing this until early am hours. This timely manner saved a lot more damage that could have been done. They came and checked the status of the drying process throughout the week and brought more equipment as needed and really did a great job.
