The customer requested professional commercial water damage inspection and restoration services following localized water intrusion across vinyl tile flooring in a commercial loading/backroom area.

We performed an site inspection of the tiled floor and exterior/loading door entry points to evaluate moisture penetration. Our team extracted surface moisture, checked beneath door thresholds and diamond-plate kickplates for trapped water, and deployed targeted drying equipment to stabilize the commercial area and protect subflooring integrity.
