We inspected the structural entry points around the French doors, baseboards, and upper drywall to determine the extent of water penetration. Our team removed damaged weatherstripping along the threshold, marked affected drywall areas for targeted drying, and positioned commercial dehumidification and air-moving equipment to prevent warping of the hardwood flooring and secondary mold growth.
