The customer contacted us for emergency water damage cleanup and basement mitigation following localized flooding that affected both finished and unfinished sections of their basement.

We performed complete standing water extraction across the concrete floors and affected storage zones. Our technicians removed baseboards along affected drywall boundaries, set up moisture monitoring equipment, and placed industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to thoroughly dry out the concrete pad and wall cavities.
