We inspected the perimeter foundation walls, plumbing lines, and subfloor structures to identify moisture migration pathways. Our technicians pulled back damaged flooring materials and tack strips around built-in cabinetry to expose wet subfloors, initiated moisture extraction, and set up containment measures to prepare the area for structural drying.
