The customer required immediate water damage mitigation, carpet extraction, and structural drying following a water leak that saturated the wall-to-wall carpeting and subflooring in their basement living area.

We performed an emergency water extraction and structural drying procedure. Our certified technicians pulled back sections of the saturated carpet, removed wet carpet padding beneath, and extracted standing moisture using commercial extraction wands. We installed high-capacity LGR dehumidifiers and commercial air movers to thoroughly dry the carpet, subfloor, and wood-panelled walls. Protective tarpaulins were laid down during the process to protect clean areas during mitigation.
