The customer contacted us following severe vehicle impact damage to their property's garage structure and exterior masonry wall. The impact fractured multiple concrete masonry units (CMU), caused extensive stair-step structural cracking along mortar joints, broke foundation cinder blocks, and damaged the wooden garage door framing and trim.

We performed emergency structural stabilization, debris clearing, and masonry repair evaluation. Our team shored up the compromised load-bearing garage wall to prevent collapse, removed shattered concrete block fragments, and assessed the affected wall framing. We prepared the damaged foundation block section and garage door jamb for structural masonry rebuilding, block re-grouting, and frame replacement.
