The customer contacted us for emergency water damage mitigation, leak investigation, and structural drying in their utility area. An active upper-level water leak had seeped down through the ceiling drywall, resulting in ceiling sagging, severe plaster degradation, and potential moisture accumulation above the wall-mounted cabinetry.

We executed a targeted water damage containment and structural inspection protocol. Our technicians established plastic sheeting containment to catch residual water, conducted controlled drywall removal around the compromised ceiling area, and inspected the joists and ceiling cavity for hidden moisture. We cleaned and sanitized the surrounding surfaces, set up specialized air drying equipment to dry out the structural framing, and prepared the ceiling opening for subsequent drywall repair and reconstruction.
