The customer contacted us for emergency water damage mitigation, sewage backflow remediation, and structural inspection. An overhead plumbing leak had saturated the ceiling plaster and damaged electrical fixtures, whilst a simultaneous toilet sewage overflow contaminated the bathroom floor tiles and baseboards with blackwater sludge and organic waste.
We executed an immediate water extraction, biohazard containment, and moisture inspection protocol. Our technicians removed the ceiling light fixture to safely drain trapped water, assessed structural moisture levels with thermal imaging equipment, and performed controlled drywall removal around the compromised ceiling area. We then thoroughly extracted the contaminated wastewater from the bathroom floor, disinfected the toilet and tile surfaces with hospital-grade antimicrobial agents, and deployed commercial drying units to completely restore hygienic conditions.
