The customer required professional mold mitigation, selective demolition, and environmental decontamination following sustained moisture intrusion. Unresolved water accumulation beneath floor coverings and within lower wall cavities had fostered widespread surface mold growth and fungal contamination along the drywall, baseboard trim, and subflooring.

We performed an extensive mold remediation and containment protocol. Our team stripped away contaminated floor coverings down to the bare subfloor, removed affected interior doors, and executed precise flood cuts along the lower drywall perimeter to expose the framing studs and insulation cavities. We HEPA-vacuumed all exposed surfaces, applied an EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment to eradicate remaining fungal spores, and set up air movers and commercial air scrubbers to achieve complete structural drying and airborne spore filtration.
