The customer contacted us for roof leak repairs, interior put-back, and finish carpentry restoration following roof damage and severe rainwater intrusion. An exterior roof valley failure and gutter runoff overflow allowed water to penetrate the roof sheathing above a garage/entry area, rotting the OSB decking, staining unfinished roof rafters, and migrating into the finished interior, where it caused water staining on the ceiling and separation along the decorative crown moulding.

We provided a comprehensive exterior roof repair, structural stabilisation, and interior finish put-back solution. On the exterior and attic/garage space, our team addressed the compromised roof valley, replaced rotten OSB roof decking, and treated the surrounding wooden framing with an EPA-registered antimicrobial biocide to prevent wood decay and fungal growth. On the interior, we resecured and realigned the detached crown moulding above the glass block window, filled all nail holes and corner seams, and applied a stain-blocking primer over the ceiling water rings followed by matching paint to restore the interior trim and ceiling plane to pre-loss condition.
