The customer contacted us for professional mold mitigation after discovering fungal growth and moisture damage concealed behind appliances and along floor baseboards. A slow, undetected waterline or condensation leak behind a kitchen refrigerator/range nook had saturated the exposed subfloor and lower drywall, while moisture wicking along adjacent carpeted walls caused dark mold colonization and adhesive failure behind the vinyl baseboard trim.

We provided a comprehensive mold remediation, antimicrobial treatment, and surface stabilization solution. Our technicians pulled back the failing baseboards and inspected the affected perimeter drywall and plywood subfloor. We performed detailed HEPA vacuuming across all wood grain and drywall surfaces to safely extract visible mold spores. Next, we applied an EPA-registered antimicrobial biocide to deep-clean the subfloor timber, neutralise subterranean mold roots, and treat the wall cavity margins. Finally, we deployed commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to ensure the framing and subfloor reached dry standard moisture levels before new flooring installation and final put-back repairs.
