The client requested a professional environmental assessment after discovering visible dark staining and suspected mould growth spreading across the high-level vinyl-faced insulation on their commercial gymnasium ceiling.

Our commercial remediation team utilised mobile elevating work platforms to safely access the high-level ceiling and conduct a comprehensive moisture inspection. We identified that the fungal growth along the insulation seams was primarily driven by inadequate HVAC ventilation and condensation. We proceeded to treat the affected ceiling materials with professional-grade antimicrobial solutions to safely eradicate the active mould, whilst providing a strategic recommendation for climate control adjustments to manage future humidity levels within the facility.
