The property owner, Gil, required a professional environmental assessment and remediation services following a recent water loss incident that led to visible, active mould growth on materials within the unfinished basement of the rental property.

Our mitigation specialists accessed the unfinished basement via the exterior cellar doors to conduct a comprehensive moisture and mould inspection. We identified significant, fuzzy black mould growth on discarded timber and debris resting on the concrete floor as a direct result of the recent water ingress.
