The customer required emergency mitigation services after an active roof leak caused significant water intrusion, resulting in severe water staining and a physical hole forming in their interior textured plasterboard ceiling.

Our restoration team inspected the interior damage and the attic space, identifying the compromised ceiling plasterboard and severe water staining along the timber roof decking. To halt further water ingress before the final interior 'put back' and structural repairs could commence, our exterior crew safely navigated the asphalt shingle roof to reposition and securely fasten an emergency weatherproof tarp over the compromised area.
