The customer required emergency mitigation and property securing services following a structural fire at their premises, which resulted in forced entry by the fire brigade and subsequent exploratory demolition to check for hidden hot spots.

Our emergency response team immediately secured the compromised commercial property by applying heavy-duty chains and padlocks to the damaged exterior security gates to prevent unauthorised access. Inside the premises, we safely cleared the debris resulting from the fire brigade's overhaul efforts—which included smashed plasterboard beneath the front display window—and exposed the underlying timber stud work to confirm the structural cavities were safe and ready for full fire restoration and smoke deodorisation.
