The customer required emergency structural repair services after a significant failure caused the family room ceiling to collapse, which also resulted in severe damage to the adjacent wall framework and plasterboard.

Our restoration team cleared the fallen debris, performed targeted demolition to safely remove the remaining compromised plasterboard from the ceiling and walls, and exposed the underlying timber joists and stud work. This allowed us to assess the full extent of the structural damage, clear out the ruined fibreglass insulation, and thoroughly prepare the family room for the complete rebuild and 'put back' phase.
