The customer required exterior restoration services after a home inspection identified a crushed gutter downspout, which caused improper water drainage and led to severe, hidden wood rot and structural deterioration behind the home's exterior siding and window trim.

Our exterior repair team performed targeted demolition to remove the compromised siding and window trim, safely extracted the severely rotted structural framing that had become conducive to wood-destroying organisms, and executed a complete structural rebuild ("put back") utilizing treated lumber, finalizing the project by repairing the damaged downspout to ensure water is properly diverted away from the foundation.
