The customer required a professional property assessment after discovering suspected mold growth and visible moisture damage on the interior drywall near their front door.

Our mitigation experts conducted a thorough diagnostic moisture inspection, utilizing a digital moisture meter on the affected interior ceiling to map the extent of the water intrusion, and subsequently tracked the moisture path up into the attic space where we identified significant water staining on the plywood roof decking, allowing us to pinpoint the source of the active roof leak and formulate a comprehensive mold remediation and structural drying plan.
