The customer contacted us to request emergency restoration services following an incident of vandalism at their church. The property sustained deliberate structural damage, including a forced-in interior door with a fractured wooden frame around the lockset, loosened door hardware, and broken exterior wooden fencing and gates near the concrete steps, which left the facility insecure and aesthetically compromised.
Our team executed an immediate commercial property damage restoration protocol to repair the vandalised areas and restore full security to the church. We assessed the damage to the interior doors and doorframes, reinforcing the split wood cores and securing the loose hinges and brass handles to ensure proper functional latching. Additionally, we addressed the exterior property damage by repairing the broken wooden perimeter gates, securing the padlocks, and cleaning up the concrete debris from the chipped stucco walls along the entryway stairs to return the house of worship to a safe, welcoming condition.
