The customer contacted us for urgent emergency response following a fire structure loss that broke out in their kitchen. The blaze left char and heavy soot deposits across the countertops and tiled backsplashes, burned through the lower sections of upper storage cabinets, and severely charred separate wooden cabinetry components down to the raw ply layers, requiring immediate hazardous soot stabilization and professional fire damage mitigation.
We immediately implemented a comprehensive fire and smoke damage mitigation protocol by isolating the kitchen zone to prevent volatile soot particles and toxic odors from migrating into the rest of the home. Our team carefully moved and documented the affected kitchen contents, performed a controlled structural demolition to remove the severely charred, un-salvageable exterior cabinet framing, and initiated a detailed soot de-contamination process across the remaining upper cabinets, tiled walls, and laminate countertops using specialized chemical sponges and heavy-duty degreasing agents to prepare the entire space for professional deodorization and eventual build-back.
