The customer required professional reconstruction and "put back" services following a water damage loss that severely impacted their kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. Migrating moisture had caused significant material deterioration, including rotted wood framing, peeling laminate paneling, and swollen subflooring beneath the kitchen sink and bathroom vanity areas.

We executed a complete structural build-back and carpentry restoration by removing the rotted timber sections and installing high-strength OSB subfloor patching to establish a level foundation across the affected flooring zones. Our team then precisely aligned and repaired the kitchen cabinetry framing, reinforced the structural side panels, and addressed the damaged bathroom vanity finishes to ensure all storage fixtures were restored to their original structural integrity and pre-loss condition.
