The customer engaged our services for the structural reconstruction and "put back" phase following the completion of emergency water damage mitigation and demolition. The project required rebuilding and restoring the affected interior building materials, including drywall, baseboards, and painting, to return the property to its pre-loss condition.

We successfully completed the structural build-back by installing, mudding, taping, and texturing the new drywall panels to seamlessly blend with the surrounding architecture. Our team finalized the restoration by reinstalling baseboards, applying fresh coats of paint, and performing a detailed cleanup of the work zone, ensuring the property is fully restored, aesthetically flawless, and safe for regular occupancy.
