The customer experienced severe water damage to their ceiling, leading to extensive peeling paint, bubbling, and the compromise of ceiling material, ultimately exposing the structural joists. They required restoration services to 'put back' their ceiling to its original, undamaged condition.

We assessed the extent of the water damage, including identifying the affected areas and ensuring the source of moisture was mitigated. Our team then proceeded with the careful removal of all compromised and delaminated ceiling materials, including plaster and drywall. New drywall was installed, taped, and mudded to create a seamless surface. Finally, the repaired ceiling was textured and painted to perfectly match the surrounding areas, fully restoring the aesthetic and structural integrity of the customer's ceiling.
