The customer reached out due to a severe ice dam that formed on the roof, causing water to back up under the shingles and penetrate the home's exterior. This intrusion resulted in significant interior water damage across multiple levels, specifically affecting the drywall and ceilings in both a second-floor and a first-floor bedroom.

We provided comprehensive storm damage mitigation and structural drying services. Our team first addressed the exterior by removing the ice dam and securing the roofline to prevent further melting snow from entering the structure. On the interior, we performed a detailed moisture assessment of the affected bedrooms, identifying saturated drywall and ceiling areas. We removed non-salvageable materials, utilized professional-grade dehumidification and air-moving equipment to dry the wall cavities, and prepared the surfaces for professional drywall repair and texture matching to restore the home to its pre-loss condition.
