The customer reached out to resolve significant water damage affecting multiple structural elements of their home, including the drywall, flooring, and staircase railing. The intrusion had caused the wooden subflooring to swell and rot, led to visible bubbling and streaking on the drywall surfaces, and caused the wooden trim and railing components to warp and detach.
We implemented a comprehensive water damage restoration and structural stabilization plan. Our technicians performed a detailed moisture assessment to identify the extent of the saturation within the subflooring and wall cavities. We removed the compromised, rotting wood sections to prevent structural failure and mold growth, followed by professional-grade structural drying. We also treated and prepped the damaged drywall surfaces for reconstruction and stabilized the staircase trim and railing to ensure the safety and aesthetic integrity of the home were fully restored.
