The customer reached out after a water main break caused catastrophic flooding within their large-scale concrete warehouse and office facility. The incident left significant standing water and foam throughout the warehouse aisles and office corridors, leading to secondary issues such as mold growth on drywall and saturated insulation within wall cavities. Immediate professional intervention was required to extract the water and stabilize the environment to protect the inventory and structural integrity of the building.
We executed a comprehensive emergency water extraction and structural drying plan. Our team utilized industrial-grade truck-mounted extractors to remove standing water from the expansive concrete warehouse floor and office tiling. We performed controlled demolition in affected office areas, removing mold-damaged drywall and saturated fiberglass insulation to expose wall cavities for treatment. Once the bulk water was removed, we deployed high-capacity dehumidifiers and high-velocity air movers across the facility to ensure deep structural drying and prevent further microbial spread.
