The customer contacted us due to a severe basement flood caused by a backed-up floor drain. This failure resulted in 4–5 inches of standing water across the basement, submerging personal belongings, area rugs, and laundry appliances. The customer required immediate emergency water extraction to prevent structural damage and mold growth.

We provided comprehensive emergency water damage restoration services. Our team performed rapid water extraction using industrial-strength pumps and vacuums to remove the standing water from the basement floor. Following extraction, we removed saturated porous materials, such as rugs and cardboard boxes, and applied professional-grade antimicrobial treatments to the concrete floors and cinder block walls to prevent microbial growth. We then deployed high-velocity air movers and dehumidifiers to stabilize the environment and ensure deep structural drying of the affected area.
