The customer contacted us to resolve an urgent water leak originating from a plumbing stack within a wall cavity. The intrusion was causing moisture damage to the surrounding drywall and structural framing, necessitating immediate professional intervention to stop the leak and prevent long-term structural decay or mold growth.

We provided comprehensive water damage mitigation and structural restoration services. Our team established a containment zone using plastic sheeting to protect the surrounding area during the repair process. We performed a controlled demolition of the damaged drywall to access and repair the compromised PVC plumbing stack. Once the leak was secured, we reinforced the wall framing with new lumber and began the professional drywall restoration process, including taping, mudding, and sanding to prepare the surface for final painting.
