A significant water loss occurred in a 400,000 sq ft warehouse, affecting approximately 200,000 sq ft and a 16' x 49' break room. The cause was identified as a main water riser to the fire suppression/sprinkler system, which did not trigger an alarm because the line maintained pressure. The affected break room had VCT tile, cove base, and drywall damage.
Teasdale Fenton's team arrived on-site, met with Jeremy, and secured a signed Work Authorization. The water source was identified as a main water riser to the fire suppression/sprinkler system, and the water supply was shut off. Additional crews were dispatched to the site, and extraction of the standing water in the affected 200,000 sq ft warehouse area and the 16' x 49' break room (which sustained damage to VCT tile, cove base, and drywall) was initiated.
