• Comment: The company did an outstanding job prior to Christmas company coming. An emergency situation with one of my dogs dictated another call today as I was not able to clean and sanitize enough myself for the carpet to feel clean. I called and the schedule was full. I explained my situation and whomever I was speaking to in the office reached out to coworker John who agreed to come over for an emergency visit. Once again as with other employees this young man did an outstanding job taking care of the soiled areas. I cannot tell you how happy I was with John on this visit. My thanks to an outstanding company coming to the rescue !
