• Comment: Called Teasdale Fenton after my drain backed up in my basement on Christmas Eve. Phone was answered by a live person to my surprise. I had a crew to my house within 40 min. They walked me through the process and gave me comfort in knowing that they would handle everything. They cleaned up my basement and left it ready for repairs, which by the way they offer reconstruction services so as a bonus I dealt with one company from start to finish. Communication was great and I felt my basement was restored professionally. Thanks to Tyler for explaining the whole process.
